Terms of Service
These terms outline how projects, payments, and services are handled when working with GT Designs.
1. Overview
GT Designs provides website development, design, automation systems, and related digital services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Project Engagement
Projects typically begin after a consultation where the scope, goals, and timeline are discussed. Once agreed, work will commence after the required deposit has been received.
3. Payment Terms
Most website development projects require a 50% payment upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project prior to final delivery, deployment, or transfer of full administrative access.
If a project is paused or cancelled after work has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers planning, design, and development work already completed.
4. Website Development Scope
Standard website packages generally include:
- Website design and development
- Core security and safety layer implementation
- Domain registration (where included in the package)
- Initial deployment and setup
Some projects may require additional services such as email delivery systems, SMS notifications, third-party integrations, automation systems, or external services. These services may incur additional costs depending on the requirements and providers involved.
5. Revisions
Website development projects typically include up to three review and revision rounds during the design and development phase.
These revisions allow the client to request reasonable adjustments to layout, content, and functionality within the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions beyond the included review rounds may require additional work and may be billed separately.
6. Maintenance and Ongoing Changes
Clients with an active maintenance or support agreement may request ongoing tweaks, adjustments, or improvements to their website.
Maintenance agreements typically cover minor updates, performance monitoring, security updates, and small improvements. Larger feature additions or redesigns may require a separate project agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, branding materials, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe to keep the project progressing.
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
8. Third-Party Services
Some websites integrate external services such as payment processors, SMS providers, email services, hosting providers, or automation tools.
GT Designs is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes from these external providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure reliable and secure systems, GT Designs cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or protection from all external threats.
The client agrees that GT Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or third-party integrations.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements.
Continued use of this website or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
